摘　　要：随着我国产业结构的不断变革,人才供需关系发生较大变化。针对地方高校应用型工程人才培养与产业需求之间存在较大落差、教学过程与生产实际脱节、校外实践缺少评估标准、校企合作缺乏长效机制等问题,内蒙古民族大学于2017年提出“四方联动、双链对接”人才培养新模式,构建了学校主导、企业参与、第三方人才机构服务、政府推动的产教融合“共同体”,推动人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧要素深度融合,从而实现教育链与产业链的无缝对接。实践表明,该模式极大地提升了应用型工程人才培养质量,走出了一条产教融合、优势互补的内涵式专业发展路径。With the continuous changes of China’s industrial structure,the relationship between talent supply and demand has undergone great changes. In view of the large gap between the training of application-oriented engineering talents in local colleges and universities and industrial needs,the disconnect between the teaching process and the actual production,the lack of evaluation standards for off-campus practice,and the lack of long-term mechanisms for school-enterprise cooperation,Inner Mongolia Minzu University proposed a new talent training mode of “four-party linkage and double-chain connection” in 2017,and built a “community” of industry and education integration led by schools,participated by enterprises,served by third-party talent institutions,and promoted by the government,and promoted the deep integration of talent training supply side and industry demand side elements,so as to achieve seamless connection between the education chain and the industry chain. Practice shows that this mode has greatly improved the quality of applied engineering talent training,and has embarked on a connotative professional development path of integration of industry and education and complementary advantages.
