摘  要:纯电动变速器有输入转速高,扭矩大,加速度快的特点,如果传动系统设计过程没有考虑这些因素,则在传动系统的台架试验过程中,会发生同传统燃油车不同模式的故障。某型号纯电动变速器差速器在进行耐久试验过程中,发生多处零件烧蚀的故障。继而对失效的差速器半轴垫片进行故障分析,确定失效机理,后续对垫片进行了QPQ表面处理改进。在进行了多轮次的设计优化及试验验证后,优化后零件通过了一定样本量的试验验证。Pure electric transmission has the characteristics of high input speed, large torque and fast acceleration. If these factors are not considered in the design process of the transmission system, faults in different modes from traditional fuel vehicles will occur in the bench test of the transmission system. During the durability test of a pure electric transmission differential, several parts were ablated. Then the failure of the differential half shaft gasket was analyzed to determine the failure mechanism, and the gasket was subsequently improved by QPQ surface treatment. After several rounds of design optimization and test verification, the optimized parts have passed the test verification of a certain sample size.
