摘  要:地方普通本科高校转型发展对应用型人才培养提出新的要求。河北北方学院新能源科学与工程专业积极探索如何培养行业满意、企业认可且胜任岗位的应用型人才,构建了基于OBE理念的多主体深度融合与全过程协同育人的“12365”应用型人才培养实践教学模式,通过强化实践教学提高专业的人才培养质量,实现了应用型人才培养模式的创新。The transformational development of local colleges and universities presents new requirements to the applied talents training.The major of New Energy Science and Engineering of Hebei North University has been exploring ways to train competent applied talents.Based on the OBE concept,a practice teaching mode of applied talents training which emphasizes the deep multi-agent integration and the whole-process coordinated education is established.The training quality of professional talents is expected to be improved through strengthening practice teaching.
