摘　　要：酒店作为社会发展的前沿行业,深受人工智能的影响。而当前酒店行业客房服务年轻化人才的短缺日益严重,教育信息化吹响高职教育教学改革的号角。文章将人工智能与数字化融入到高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业“客房服务与管理”教学进行探索,从课程教学改革背景、课程目标、课程改革措施方面进行探索,力图培养智能酒店急需的客房服务与管理人才。As a frontier industry of social development, hotels are deeply influenced by artificial intelligence. At present, the shortage of young talents in room service in the hotel industry is becoming more and more serious, and the education informatization has sounded the horn of higher vocational education and teaching reform. This paper explores the integration of artificial intelligence and digitalization into the teaching of Room Service and Management of hotel management and digital operation major in higher vocational colleges, and explores the background of curriculum teaching reform, curriculum objectives and curriculum reform measures, in an effort to cultivate room service and management talents urgently needed by smart hotels.
