摘 要:为了在处理工艺前最大程度去除藻类,减少藻类消毒副产物对水处理工艺和水质的影响,在取水处采用聚硅锰氯化铝钾进行预氧化,并采用矾花图像识别智能加药系统实时控制混凝剂的投加量,测定水源、进厂水和沉淀池出水的叶绿素含量,实现预氧化除藻和混凝工艺协同控制。结果显示,聚硅锰氯化铝钾平均投加量为0.7 mg/L时效果最佳,可使平流沉淀池出水叶绿素浓度降至19μg/L左右,矾耗约为61 mg/L。水质参数相关性分析得出水温是预氧化密切相关参数。采用聚硅锰氯化铝钾预氧化除藻与矾花图像识别智能加药系统协同控制,可实现“1+1>2”的协同效应,也表明智慧水务技术在水厂具有广阔的应用前景。In order to remove the most of algae before the water treatment process and reduce the impact of disinfection by-products on the process and water quality,the polysilicon manganese aluminum potassium chloride was used for pre-oxidation at the water intake,and real-time control of coagulant dosage was performed by visual sensor of alum floc.The chlorophyll content of water source,inlet water and sedimentation tank effluent was detected,so as to realize the collaborative control of algae removal by pre-oxidation and coagulation process.The results showed that the best effect was achieved when the average dosage of polysilicon manganese aluminum potassium chloride was 0.7 mg/L,the chlorophyll concentration in the effluent of the advection sedimentation tank could be reduced to 19μg/L,and the alum consumption was about 61 mg/L.The correlation analysis of water quality parameters showed that the water temperature was a closely related parameter of pre-oxidation.The synergistic effect of"1+1>2"could be achieved by using the pre-oxidation of polysilicon manganese aluminum potassium chloride to remove algae and the coordinated control of visual sensor of alum floc,which also indicated the broad application prospects of the smart water technology in waterworks.
