摘 要:抗生素与消毒剂普遍存在于水环境中,极易影响生物生存。该文以抗生素硫酸巴龙霉素(PAR)和2种消毒剂次氯酸钙(CAL)与邻苯二甲醛(OPA)为目标污染物,运用时间毒性微板分析法(t-MTA)系统测定3种污染物及其混合物对淡水发光菌青海湖菌Q67的毒性,应用浓度加和(CA)与绝对残差(dCA)2种模型对毒性相互作用进行定性分析和定量表征。结果表明:Weibull函数对3种污染物及其混合物对Q67的毒性数据拟合效果理想(R>0.9,RMSE<0.1),且3种污染物对Q67的抑制率均具有浓度依赖性和时间依赖性;通过半数浓度效应(EC_(50))的负对数(pEC_(50))值评判3种污染物的毒性大小顺序:PAR(pEC_(50)=5.75)>OPA(pEC_(50)=3.61)>CAL(pEC_(50)=3.08),CAL和OPA具有明显急性毒性,而PAR无明显急性毒性;除二元混合体系中少部分射线呈部分加和作用,其余二元和三元混合射线均呈现出时间依赖性拮抗作用;依据d CA值热图,二元和三元混合体系的拮抗强度均受组分、暴露时间和混合物浓度比的影响,在二元混合体系中,CAL-PAR-R5射线在暴露时间为12 h的拮抗作用最明显;在三元混合体系中,CAL-OPA-PAR-U5射线在暴露时间为12 h时的拮抗作用最明显。Antibiotics and disinfectants are two kinds of common pollutants in the water environment,which may pose a threat to the survival of environmental organisms.Therefore,one antibiotic-paromomycin sulfate(PAR)and two disinfectants-calcium hypochlorite(CAL)and o-phthalaldehyde(OPA)were selected as the target pollutants.The toxicity of antibiotics,disinfectants and their mixtures to a freshwater luminescent bacteria Vibrio qinghaiensis sp.-Q67(Q67)was determined by the time-dependent microplate toxicity analysis(t-MTA)system.The combined toxicity interactions of the mixtures were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by concentration addition(CA)and the deviation from CA(dCA)models,respectively.The results showed that the Weibull function could well describe the concentration-effect data of the three pollutants and their mixture rays with R>0.9 and RMSE<0.1 and their toxicity to Q67 were all concentration-dependent and time-dependent.According to the negative logarithm value of the median effect concentration(pEC_(50)),the toxicity order of the three pesticides is as PAR(pEC_(50)=5.75)>OPA(pEC_(50)=3.61)>CAL(pEC_(50)=3.08).CAL and OPA had obvious acute toxicity,while PAR hadn’t obvious acute toxicity.All binary and ternary mixture rays showed time-dependent antagonism except for a few rays with partial addition in the binary mixture system.According to the dCA heat map,the toxicity interaction intensity(absolute value of dCA)of binary and ternary mixture systems was affected by component,exposure time and mixture concentration.In binary mixture system,the antagonistic intensity of CAL-PAR-R5 at the exposure time of 12 h was the most obvious.In the ternary mixture system,the antagonistic intensity of U5 rays reached the maximum when the exposure time was 12 h.
