摘 要:微绿球藻是具有生物柴油生产潜力的经济微藻。该文比较了BG11、BBM、SE、Chu、Conway和f/2六种培养基的营养供给方式对其物质生产能力和生物柴油性能的影响,并对微量元素进行了进一步优化。研究结果表明,富营养供给水平的BG11培养基可以提高微绿球藻的生物量、蛋白质和糖类的生产,但不利于脂质生产;较低营养供给的Conway和f/2培养基有利于脂质生产。通过脂肪酸组成分析发现,微绿球藻的脂肪酸主要包括C16∶2、C16∶3、C18∶2、C18∶3、C16∶0、C18∶0和C20∶0。通过生物柴油性能计算,发现Conway和f/2培养的微绿球藻生物柴油性能较高,十六烷值(CN值)为29.1和28.3,不饱和度(DU)为137.3%和137.5%,碘值(IV)为171.1 g I_(2)/(100 g)和173.9 g I_(2)/(100 g),冷滤器堵塞点(CFPP)为-1.6℃和-1.8℃。根据营养元素投入/生物柴油产出的经济性以及生物柴油性能指标,选择f/2培养基进行进一步微量元素供给优化。通过提升10倍Zn和3.33倍Co的供给水平,可以使微绿球藻的脂质产量分别提升16.9%和18.6%,且生物柴油性能还可得到一定程度的优化。Nannochloris oculata is a species of economical microalgae with the potential ability of bio-diesel production.In this paper,a laboratory experiment was conducted involving the comparison of the effects of various modes of nutrient supplies in media of BG11,BBM,SE,Chu,Conway and f/2 on the bio-components production capacity and bio-diesel performance,and the further optimized supply of trace elements.Findings of the experiment presented that BG11 medium with rich nutrient supply could improve the biomass,protein and carbohydrate production of N.oculata,but it was not conducive to lipid production;however,Conway and f/2 media with low nutrient supply benefitted the lipid production;and the analysis of fatty acid composition revealed that the fatty acids of N.oculata mainly consisted of C16∶2,C16∶3,C18∶2,C18∶3,C16∶0,C18∶0 and C20∶0.By the calculation of bio-diesel performance,it was found N.oculata cultured in Conway and f/2 media had rather high bio-diesel features,i.e.,CN values were 29.1 and 28.3,DU were 137.3%and 137.5%,IV were171.1 g I_(2)/(100 g)and 173.9 g I_(2)/(100 g),and CFPP of-1.6℃and-1.8℃.Furthermore,f/2 medium was selected for further optimization for trace element supply on the basis of economic efficiency of nutrient input/bio-diesel output and biodiesel performance.Finally,by means of increasing the supply levels of Zn to 10 times and Co to 3.33 times of their original concentrations in f/2 medium,the lipid production of N.oculata could be increased by 16.9%and 18.6%,and the biodiesel performance was also optimized to a certain extent.
