摘  要:环境中的有机污染物对生态系统产生了许多不良影响,严重危害了人体健康。衍生化气相色谱分析将高特异性的衍生化方法与气相色谱法相结合,能够准确检测环境中的痕量有毒有机污染物。该文综述了常用的3种衍生化方法,即硅烷化、烷基化和酰化,以及它们在有机污染物的高灵敏度分析方面的应用,重点讨论了每种衍生化方法的优缺点,进一步展望了衍生化气相色谱法未来的发展趋势和应用前景,以期为后续有机污染物的痕量和超痕量分析提供参考。Organic pollutants in the environment have many adverse effects on the ecosystem and severely endanger human health.Derivatization coupled with gas chromatography combines a highly specific derivatization with gas chromatography,and can accurately determine trace amounts of toxic organic contaminants in the environment.This paper reviews three commonly used derivatization,namely silylation,alkylation as well as acylation,and their applications in the high-sensitivity analysis of organic pollutants,focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of each derivatization,and further looking into the future development trends and application prospects of derivatization combined with gas chromatography,in order to provide references for the subsequent trace and ultra-trace analysis of organic pollutants.
