摘 要:文中以某工程1^(#)~3^(#)预应力管桩施工为例,研究土层性质和沉桩压力的影响,对其周围环境振动监测,并通过GPD极值理论进行分析。结果表明,土层越软,桩基施工时对周围环境的影响越小;考虑建筑物损伤时,1^(#)~3^(#)的预应力管桩施工时的最大影响范围分别为20~25m、10~15m和30~35m;考虑人体振动感知时,1^(#)~3^(#)的预应力管桩施工时振动影响分别需要考虑到50m、45m和65m。Abstrac: In order to determine the impact of prestressed pipe pile construction on the surrounding environment vibration in building engineering, taking the construction of 1^(#)~3^(#)prestressed pipe piles of a project as the background, considering the influence of soil layer properties and pile sinking pressure, the surrounding environment vibration is monitored, and analyzed through the GPD extreme value theory. The results show that the softer the soil layer, the smaller the impact of pile foundation construction on the surrounding environment;Considering the damage of buildings, the maximum influence range of 1^(#)~3^(#)prestressed pipe piles during construction is 20~25m, 10~15m and 30m~35m respectively;In consideration of human vibration perception, the vibration impact of 1^(#)~3^(#)prestressed pipe piles during construction shall be 50m, 45m and 65m respectively.
