摘  要:燃气热水器工作过程中受外界环境因素的影响导致排烟阻力增大影响正常燃烧工况输出,为了保持良好燃烧工况,在外界风压变化时需通过实时风量补偿以保证系统的稳定输出。本文通过在实验测试过程发现在不同外界条件下风机电流与风机转速比值均存在一定线性变化关系,由此推倒出一种燃气热水器风量自适应控制方案,通过该控制方案可以对后续研发试验提供一定的指导意义。Due to the influence of external environmental factors during the working process of gas water heater,the increase of exhaust resistance affects the output of normal combustion conditions.In order to maintain good combustion conditions,real-time air volume compensation is needed to ensure the stable output of the system when the external air pressure changes.In this paper,through the experimental test process,it is found that there is a certain linear relationship between the fan current and the fan speed ratio under different external conditions.Therefore,an adaptive control scheme of air volume of Gas water heater is deduced.The control scheme can provide certain guiding significance for subsequent research and development tests.
