摘　　要：两门简易风冷冰箱是通过风道系统的风量硬性匹配来实现冰箱正常制冷。冷藏风量偏多时,则冬季会出现冷冻温度偏高问题,冷藏风量偏少时,则夏季会出现冷藏制冷效果差问题,故冷藏风量要不多不少,才能确保冰箱在不同季节下基本的制冷保鲜功能。本文从制冷剂灌注量调试、间室温度设计、风机转速控制、冷藏温度调节等方面详细论述了冰箱制冷匹配的方法和措施,为后续类似产品开发与制冷匹配提供指导。Two simple air-cooled refrigerators can achieve normal refrigeration by the hard matching of air volume in the air duct system.When the refrigerated air volume is too much,the freezing temperature will be high in winter.When the refrigerated air volume is too little,the refrigeration effect will be poor in summer.Therefore,the refrigerated air volume should not be more or less,so as to ensure the basic refrigeration preservation function of the refrigerator in different seasons.In this paper,the methods and measures of refrigeration matching are discussed in detail from the aspects of refrigerant infusion adjustment,room temperature design,fan speed control,refrigeration temperature regulation,etc.,so as to provide guidance for the subsequent development and refrigeration matching of similar products.
