摘 要:高校辅导员核心素养是满足职业要求和个人发展的核心能力与自我涵养,广泛而深刻地影响着高校思想政治教育质量。当前,高校辅导员核心素养培育、发展和研究存在政策支持不足、职业认同不足和理论阐释不足等现实差距。“21世纪核心素养5C模型”的推演逻辑与分析框架对探析辅导员核心素养有一定的借鉴意义。借鉴“21世纪核心素养5C模型”可以归纳出高校辅导员应具备政治素养、能力素养、发展素养、社交素养和协同素养五个方面的核心素养。结合当前高校思想政治教育工作实际,可以通过挖掘历史资源、重视第一课堂、树立终身学习、用好网络媒介、凝聚优势力量五个维度培育和提升新时代高校辅导员核心素养。The key competences of university counselors are the core ability and self-restraint to meet professional requirements and personal development,which extensively and profoundly affects the quality of ideological and political education in universities.At present,there exist some practical gaps in the cultivation,development,and research of university counselors’key competences,such as lack of policy support,professional identity and theoretical interpretation.The deductive logic and analytical framework of“the 5Cs Framework for Twenty-first Century Key Competences”can be used for reference to exploring counselors’key competences.Referring to the“the 5Cs Framework for Twenty-first Century Key Competences”,it can be concluded that university counselors should have five aspects of key competences,namely political competence,ability competence,development competence,social competence,and collaborative competence.In combination with the current ideological and political education in universities,the key competences of university counselors in the New Era can be cultivated and promoted through five dimensions:developing historical resources,attaching importance to the first class,establishing lifelong learning,making good use of network media and gathering superior forces.
