涉农职业院校人才培养的问题及对策

摘　　要：涉农职业院校是国家农业科技创新体系的重要组成部分,不仅肩负着培养农业农村发展的应用型人才的责任,还肩负着培养农业科技创新能力学生的育人使命,其人才培养在推进乡村振兴和农业现代化建设中起着不可替代的作用。乡村振兴战略背景下加大涉农职业院校的建设力度是科技兴农的重要抓手。本文分析了当前涉农职业院校在人才培养方面存在着鄙农思想与人才培养目标相抵触、人才培养与产业需求不匹配、理论教学与实践教学相脱节等难题,提出主动适应乡村振兴对涉农人才的需求,通过厚植思想根基、对接产业发展需求、坚持理实教学并重等破解之法,以提高涉农职业院校人才培养工作服务乡村振兴战略的能力和水平。Agricultural Vocational colleges are an important part of the national agricultural science and Technology Innovation System.It not only shoulders the responsibility of training applied talents for rural development,but also shoulders the mission of training students’innovative ability of agricultural science and technology.Its personnel training plays an irreplaceable role in promoting rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,strengthening the construction of agricultural-related vocational colleges is an important hand to rejuvenate agriculture through science and technology.However,there are many problems in the training of talents in agricultural vocational colleges,such as the spreading of the thought of despising peasants,the conflict between the goal of training talents,the mismatch between the training of talents and the demand of industry,and the disconnection between the theoretical teaching and the practical teaching.In order to meet the needs of rural revitalization for the talents involved in agriculture,this paper,by planting the ideological foundation,connecting with the needs of industrial development,and insisting on the method of solving the problem of attaching equal importance to practical teaching,etc.,in order to improve the Agricultural Vocational Colleges Personnel Training Service rural revitalization strategy ability and level.
