经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗前列腺脓肿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗前列腺脓肿的临床效果。方法 回顾分析我科2016年2月--2021年2月期间11例因前列腺脓肿住院诊治的临床资料,经过保守治疗后效果不佳,11例行经尿道双极等离子电切引流术治疗,术后给予敏感抗生素抗感染治疗,留置F20三腔尿管,给予膀胱持续冲洗2~3天,术后6天去除尿管,去除尿管后复查血常规、尿常规、尿培养,观察临床症状消失情况,随访期间复查前列腺MRI观察有无复发,无复发视为治愈。结果 手术患者术后临床症状改善明显,去除尿管后排尿通常,所有患者随访时间为6个月,复查MRI均未见脓肿复发。结论 前列腺脓肿保守治疗仅占少数,绝大多数前列腺脓肿需要外科手术干预治疗,经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗前列腺脓肿临床疗效确切、彻底,无复发,已成为目前较理想的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral bipolar plasma kinetic resection for prostatic abscess.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data on eleven cases of prostatic abscess treated in our department from February 2016 to 2021,after failure in medication, 11 cases of prostatic abscess underwent transurethral bipolar plasma kinetic resection, treatment with sensitive antibiotics after operation.The urinary catheters of F20 was retained, and the bladder was continuously flushed for 2-3 days.The urinary catheters was removed 6 days after operation, obtained blood and urine routine and culture after 6 days, disappearance of the clinical symptoms and no recurrence revealed by MRI were considered to be cured.Results The clinical symptoms were improved significantly after operation, all the patients experienced smooth urination, The patients were followed up for 6 months, during which no recurrence was observed.Conclusion Conservative treatment of prostatic abscess only accounts for a small number, and the vast majority of prostatic abscess require surgical intervention.Transurethral bipolar plasma kinetic resection for prostatic abscess has a definite and complete clinical effect, without recurrence, and has become an ideal method at present.
