摘　　要：细胞分裂周期相关(CDCA)基因家族是细胞增殖过程中重要的调节因子,其中细胞分裂周期相关蛋白2(CDCA2)是蛋白磷酸酶1γ(PP1γ)的靶向亚单位,参与有丝分裂中染色质重塑、细胞周期中的DNA损伤反应以及核包膜的形成。CDCA2在多种癌症中表达上调,并与恶性肿瘤的侵袭、转移及凋亡密切相关。本文主要就近年来CDCA2基因在恶性肿瘤中的作用及机制做简要综述。The cell division cycle-associated(CDCA)gene family is an important regulator of cell proliferation,of which cell division cycle-associated protein 2(CDCA2)is a targeting subunit of protein phosphatase 1γ(PP1γ)and is involved in chromatin remodeling in mitotic,DNA damage response in the cell cycle,and nuclear envelope formation.CDCA2 is upregulated in a variety of cancers and is closely associated with invasion metastasis and apoptosis of malignant cells.In this paper,we briefly review the role and mechanism of the CDCA2 gene in malignant tumors in recent years.
