摘 要:小泛素样(SUMO)修饰是存在于真核生物中一种重要的翻译后修饰,参与许多细胞过程,如DNA修复、转录调控、蛋白质稳定、细胞周期等。许多研究证据表明SUMO化和去SUMO化之间出现不平衡或其成分改变,会导致各种病理变化,与肝脏疾病的进展密切相关;SUMO化修饰能促进肝细胞癌的进展、促进肝炎病毒复制、参与非酒精性脂肪性肝病和肝纤维化、在胆汁性肝硬化及酒精性肝病致病机制中发挥重要作用。鉴于SUMO化修饰信号通路在肝脏疾病中起重要作用,有望成为治疗肝脏疾病新的治疗靶点。本文就SUMO化修饰在肝脏疾病中作用的最新研究进展作一综述。Small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO)modification is an important post-translational modification that exists in eukaryotes.It participates in many cellular processes,such as DNA repair,transcription regulation,protein stabilization,cell cycle and so on.Many research evidences indicate that the imbalance between SUMO ylation and de-SUMO ylation or changes in its components can lead to various pathological changes,which are closely related to the progression of liver diseases;SUMO modification can promote the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma and promote hepatitis viruses Replicate,participate in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and liver fibrosis,and play an important role in the pathogenesis of biliary cirrhosis and alcoholic liver disease.In view of the fact that the SUMO-modified signaling pathway plays an important role in liver diseases,it is expected to become a new therapeutic target for the treatment of liver diseases.This article reviews the latest research progress on the role of SUMO modification in liver diseases.
