摘  要:生物成像技术在外科实体肿瘤的诊疗过程中发挥重要作用。然而目前临床常用的小分子成像药物因自身药代动力学以及物理特性所导致的缺陷严重限制了其在外科实体肿瘤诊疗中的应用。纳米有机金属骨架(NMOF)作为一种理想的多功能纳米载体,其具有的优良特性如高表面积、可调节孔隙率、可控结构、尺寸和形态多样化、易于功能化和生物降解性,使其在生物成像领域具备应用潜能。现介绍NMOF在外科实体肿瘤领域作为成像试剂的研究进展。Bioimaging technology plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of surgical solid tumors.However,the defects of the currently commonly used small-molecule imaging drugs due to their own pharmacokinetics and physical properties seriously limit their application in the diagnosis and treatment of surgical solid tumors.As an ideal multifunctional nanocarrier,nanoscale metal-organic frameworks(NMOFs)possess excellent properties such as high surface area,tunable porosity,controllable structure,diversification of size and morphology,and easy functionalization.It has application potential in the field of bioimaging because of its chemical and biodegradability.We will introduce the research progress of NMOFs as imaging agents in the field of surgical solid tumors from the following areas.
