摘　　要：目的探讨0.01%硫酸阿托品滴眼液联合佩戴角膜塑形镜对近视青少年眼表和睑板腺功能的影响。方法前瞻性随机对照研究。纳入甘肃省人民医院眼视光学中心2021年1月至6月8~14岁近视青少年80例(80眼)。依照随机数字表法分为试验组(0.01%硫酸阿托品滴眼液联合佩戴角膜塑形镜)40例(40眼)和对照组(佩戴角膜塑形镜)40例(40眼)两组。所有受试者比较戴镜前及戴镜后各时间点两组间泪膜指标、睑板腺改变、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)量表评分和角膜染色分级。结果试验组在戴镜后1个月出现非侵入性泪膜破裂时间的下降, 与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(t=2.34, P=0.026), 其余各时间点两组间比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.005)。两组在戴镜后不同时间OSDI评分、非侵入性泪河高度、泪液分泌试验、睑板腺评分和角膜染色分级差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 0.01%硫酸阿托品滴眼液联合佩戴角膜塑形镜是安全的, 对青少年眼表和睑板腺功能无明显影响。Objective To investigate the influence of 0.01%atropine eye drops combined with orthokeratology on the ocular surface and meibomian gland in adolescents with myopia.Methods This was a prospective case-control study.From Jan.to Jun.2021,80 eyes of 80 adolescents with myopic aged 8-14 years in the Optometry of Gansu Provincial Hospital were included.All adolescents were divided into two groups,40 eyes of 40 cases in each group,based on random number table methods.Provincial group received 0.01%atropine eye drops combined with wearing orthokeratology and the control group received orthokeratology.The tear film index,meibomian gland change,ocular surface disease index questionnaire and corneal staining grading were compared between the two groups before and at each time point after wearing orthokeratology.Results The noninvasive tear break up time of the trial group was significantly lower than that of control group at 1 month after wearing the orthokeratology(t=2.34,P=0.026),and there was no significant difference in other time points between the two groups(all P>0.05).There were no significant differences in ocular surface disease index scores,noninvasive tear meniscus height,SchirmerⅠtest,meibomian gland score and corneal staining grade between the two groups at different times after wearing the orthokeratology(all P>0.05).Conclusion The 0.01%atropine eye drops combined with orthokeratology has no obvious influence on ocular surface and meibomian gland function in adolescents,which is safe.
