摘  要:我国大陆地区培智类学校的康复与教学用房大都不满足使用主体的特殊需求,严重影响培智学生的康复与教学成效及师生家长的校园生活品质。通过借鉴教育发达国家特殊教育建筑的营建智慧,基于培智学生的特征分析,探讨其对空间的特殊需求,研究提出培智学校康复与教学用房的空间构成、模式及特殊要求。Most of the rehabilitation and learning rooms in schools for intellectually disabled children in China’s mainland fail to meet the special needs of users, which seriously affects the rehabilitation and learning effectiveness of students with intellectual disabilities and the quality of campus life of students, teachers and parents. By drawing on the construction wisdom of special education buildings in educationally developed countries, based on the characteristics analysis of intellectually disabled children, this study discusses their special needs for spaces, and puts forward the spatial composition,model and special requirements of rehabilitation and learning rooms in schools for children with intellectual disabilities.
