摘  要:针对航空发动机的故障寻源以及故障传播问题,提出了基于云模型符号有向图(SDG)的发动机多工况故障诊断方法。在SDG模型的基础上根据发动机结构进行模块化以便于推理,应用故障关联矩阵进行相容通路的推理;根据相容通路画出故障传播路径,运用云模型理论进行定性与定量的转换,计算故障传播路径上每个节点的传播概率,并对未测节点的状态值进行预测,根据计算结果对每条相容通路进行可能性排序,确定故障源头。根据工况转换矩阵快速得到不同工况下的SDG模型,同时根据具体工况改变模型阈值,对不同工况下的异常节点进行快速推理预测。发动机气源系统的诊断实例表明:基于云模型SDG的多工况故障诊断方法可以帮助决策者做出正确的检测策略,快速制定维修措施,能够有效地运用在复杂系统内的故障传播诊断。Aiming at the problem of aeroengine fault source searching and fault propagation of,a multi-condition engine fault diagnosis method based on cloud model Symbolic Directed Graph(SDG) was proposed. Based on the SDG model,the engine structure was modularized to facilitate reasoning. The fault correlation matrix was used to reason the compatible path. The fault propagation path was drawn according to the compatible path,and the cloud model theory was implemented to perform qualitative and quantitative conversion,to calculate the fault propagation probability of each node of the propagation path,and the state values of the unmeasured nodes were predicted. According to the calculation result,the possibility of each compatible path was sorted to determine the fault source. According to the working condition conversion matrix,the SDG model under different working conditions was quickly obtained. At the same time,the model threshold value could be changed according to the specific working conditions,so as to rapidly infer and predict the abnormal nodes under different working conditions. The diagnosis example of the engine air supply system shows that the multi-condition fault diagnosis method based on the cloud model SDG can help decision makers to make correct detection strategies,quickly develop maintenance actions,and effectively apply fault propagation diagnosis in complex systems.
