摘  要:目的 调查护生就业意向及其影响因素,为稳定护理队伍、减少护理人才流失及推动护理工作高质量发展提供参考。方法 以1 162名护生为研究对象,通过问卷星采用一般资料调查表、同理心量表和心理特权量表进行调查,并分析护生就业意向与心理特权、同理心的相关性。结果 70.9%的护生优先选择综合性医院就业。教育类型、专业满意度、专业热爱度、父母亲学历是护生就业意向的影响因素;不同就业意向的护生其心理特权和同理心水平存在差异。结论 教育者要认识到心理因素的重要性,在注重培养护生同理心的同时,也要采取积极的策略降低护生心理特权水平,使护生热爱并从事护理相关工作,减少护理人才流失,为社会培养稳定的、德才兼备的护理后备力量。Objective To investigate the employment intention of nursing students and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for stabilizing the nursing team,reducing the loss of nursing talents and promoting the high-quality development of nursing work.Methods A total of 1 162 nursing students were investigated with general data questionnaire,empathy scale and psychological privilege scale,and the correlation between employment intention,psychological privilege and empathy was analyzed.Results 70.9% of nursing students preferred general hospitals for employment.Education type,professional satisfaction,professional love,parents′ education background are the influencing factors of nursing students′ employment intention;the psychological privilege and empathy level of nursing students with different employment intentions were different.Conclusion Educators should recognize the importance of psychological factors,pay attention to cultivating empathy of nursing students,and at the same time,they should also adopt positive strategies to reduce the level of psychological privilege of nursing students,make nursing students love and engage in nursing related work,reduce the loss of nursing talents,and cultivate stable nursing reserve forces with both ability and morality for the society.
