摘 要:目的 探讨问题-讨论-指导(PDG)联合临床先导(OTD)教学模式对手术室新入职护理人员应急能力和护理技能的影响。方法 采用随机双盲法将72名护士均分为对照组和研究组,每组各36名。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用PDG联合OTD教学模式,对比两组考试成绩,应急能力、综合能力,应对方式评分及教学满意度。结果 研究组考试成绩、应急能力评分、综合能力评分、应对方式评分、教学满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论 PDG联合OTD教学模式可以有效提高手术室新入职护理人员的专业技术和护理操作水平、应急能力、综合素养,教学效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the influence of Problem Discuss Guidance(PDG) combined with Observation Teaching Discussion(OTD) teaching method on emergency ability and nursing skills of new nurses in operating room.Methods 72 new nurses were randomly divided into a compared group and a research group,36 in each group.The compared group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the research group adopted the PDG and OTD teaching mode to compare the test scores,emergency response ability,comprehensive ability coping style scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The test continuity,emergency ability score,comprehensive ability score,coping style score,and teaching satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the compared group(P<0.05 or P<0.001).Conclusion PDG combined with OTD teaching mode can effectively improve the professional skills and nursing operation level of new nurses in the operating room,which is helpful to improve the emergency ability and comprehensive quality of nurses.The teaching effect is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
