中医农村订单定向医学生毕业后情况调查研究

摘　　要：通过对湖南中医药大学2016—2020年毕业的130名中医学专业农村订单定向医学生进行匿名问卷调查,发现在基层人才培养工作顺利开展的同时,农村订单定向毕业生存在着基层服务的实际年限只有3年、基层工作满意度低、个人发展愿望强烈且留职意愿不强、临床工作中医占比低、条件差的问题。对此提出应明确农村订单定向医学生规培后基层服务年限、提高基层待遇问题、完善基层医疗队伍及设备建设、提供个人职业发展空间、完善基层中医药开展条件的建议。Through anonymous questionnaire survey on 130 rural order oriented medical students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine who graduated from Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2016 to 2020,it was found that while the training of grassroots personnel was carried out smoothly,rural order oriented medical students had problems such as only three years of actual service at the grassroots level,low job satisfaction at the grassroots level,strong personal development desire and weak will to stay on duty,low proportion of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical work,and poor conditions.In this regard,it is suggested that we should clarify the service life of rural order oriented medical students at the grassroots level,improve the treatment at the grassroots level,improve the construction of medical teams and equipment at the grassroots level,provide personal career development space,and improve the conditions for the development of traditional Chinese medicine at the grassroots level.
