髓腔内粘结用于隐裂牙保存修复的对比研究

摘　　要：目的 牙隐裂发生率日显突出。文中探讨应用超强粘结剂Super-Bond C&B行髓腔内粘结对于提高隐裂牙保存修复疗效的作用。方法 选取2018年5月至2019年10月期间本院牙体牙髓病科就诊的隐裂牙患者110例共110颗患牙,均经完善的根管治疗,按随机数字表法平均分为试验组和对照组。试验组患者髓腔内Super-Bond C&B内粘结+核树脂充填;对照组患者采用通用自酸蚀粘结剂+核树脂充填。所有患者均行IPS e.max铸瓷全冠修复,对比2组患者治疗效果。结果 治疗结束后1周,试验组的VAS疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2年后,试验组患者隐裂牙保存成功率高于对照组隐裂牙保存成功率(98.2%vs 85.5%,P<0.05)。生存分析结果显示试验组生存率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Super-Bond C&B髓腔内粘接的应用为隐裂牙保存提供了可参考的一种选择。Objective The incidence of cracked teeth becomes more and more prominent. This paper aims to discuss the effect of Super-Bond C&B intramedullary bonding on the preservation and restoration of cracked teeth. Methods A total of 110 patients with cracked teeth were selected from the department of Dentistry and Endodontics of our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019, and were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table. Experimental group was filling with intramedullary superbond C&B bond + core resin;Control group was filled with general self-etching binder + core resin. All patients underwent IPS e.max porcelain cast crown restoration, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results One week after treatment, the VAS pain score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). After two years, the success rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(98.2% vs 85.5%, P<0.05). Survival analysis showed that the survival rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Super-Bond C&B intramedullary bonding provides a reference for the preservation of cracked teeth.
