空巢老人的生活满意度现状及其与贫困、希望感的关系研究

摘　　要：目的了解空巢老人的生活满意度现状并探讨空巢老人生活满意度、贫困和希望感三者之间关系研究。方法于2021年2月至2021年9月期间,应用便利抽样方法,使用一般资料调查表、生活满意度量表、成人特质希望量表对锦州市396名空巢老人进行问卷调查。结果农村空巢老人生活满意度得分为(18.50±5.41)分,贫困空巢老人生活满意度得分(17.76±3.58)分、成人特质希望感得分(21.18±3.99)分,均低于非贫困空巢老人生活满意度得分(19.41±3.63)分、希望感总得分(22.35±2.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非贫困空巢老人与贫困空巢老人的生活满意度得分与成人特质希望感总分、动力思维、路径思维分量表得分之间均呈正相关关系(r=0.243~0.481,P<0.05)。空巢老人的贫困现状通过希望感的部分中介作用对空巢老人的生活满意度起负向作用。结论空巢老人生活满意度与空巢老人贫困状况之间密切相关,希望感在空巢老人贫困与空巢老人生活满意度之间起到中介作用。Objective To investigate the life satisfaction of empty-nest elderly and explore the relationship among life satisfaction,poverty and hope among empty-nest elderly.Methods From February 2021 to September 2021,a total of 396 empty nest elderly in Jinzhou were selected by convenience sampling method and investigated with the general information questionnaire,Life Satisfaction Scale and Adult Trait Hope Scale.Results The life satisfaction score of the rural empty-nest elderly was(18.50±5.41),the life satisfaction score of the poor empty-nest elderly was(17.76±3.58),and the adult trait hope prestige score was(21.18±3.99).The life satisfaction score of the empty nest elderly was(19.41±3.63),and the total score of hope was(22.35±2.89),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the score of life satisfaction and the total score of adult trait hope,the score of dynamic thinking and the score of pathway thinking(r=0.243-0.481,P<0.05).The poverty status of empty-nest elderly has a negative effect on life satisfaction through the partial mediating effect of hope.Conclusion The life satisfaction of empty-nest elderly is closely related to the poverty of empty-nest elderly,and the sense of hope plays a mediating role between poverty and life satisfaction of empty-nest elderly.
