摘　　要：复发性口腔溃疡(recurrent oral ulcer,ROU)是一类典型的口腔黏膜病,具有周期性复发的特点。其原因复杂多样,目前并没有临床特效药物,临床诊断亦无统一方法,因而医学界一直在探索和研究对ROU的药物治疗。本文从系统性用药治疗、局部用药治疗及其它治疗技术总结了目前的ROU的治疗方式,回顾药物治疗复发性口腔溃疡的研究历程,并重点关注了中药和中西药结合的用药功效和治疗优势。梳理了当前ROU治疗用药的前沿方向,以期为医疗决策及患者合理用药提供有益的参考。Recurrent oral ulcer(ROU)is a typical oral mucosal disease,which is characterized by periodic recurrence.The reasons are complex and diverse.At present,there is no specific clinical drug and no unified method for clinical diagnosis.Therefore,the medical field has been exploring and researching drug therapy for ROU.This paper summarized the current treatment methods of ROU from systematic drug therapy,local drug therapy and other treatment techniques,reviewed the research process of drug therapy for recurrent oral ulcer,and focused on the drug efficacy and therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of Chinese and western medicine.In this paper,the current directions of ROU therapeutic drugs were summarized,in order to provide useful reference for medical decision-making and rational drug use of patients.
