摘 要:针对井下机车之间、机车与调度中心无通信和网络传输导致井下机车失联的情况,研制了一种基于无线网络的矿用车载通信终端,阐述了车载终端的设计思路、关键部件设计等。进行了现场装车测试,取得了良好的效果。该矿用车载通信终端不仅能保证煤矿安全生产,同时能提高机车操作的方便性,对促进煤矿生产起积极作用。Aiming at the situation that there is no communication and network transmission between mine explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle, vehicle and dispatching centers, which leads to the disconnection of vehicles in underground, a mine-used vehicle communication terminal was developed. The idea of structure design of vehicle terminal and key modules design were expounded. On-site loading test of the designed terminal was carried out, and good results were obtained. The mine-used vehicle communication terminal can not only ensure the safety of coal mine production, but also improve the convenience of locomotive operation, and play a positive role in promoting coal mine production.
