摘　　要：小型螺旋装煤机是一种用于煤矿回采工作面、将支架前方的开帮煤转载的设备。阐述了一种小型螺旋装煤机的产品设计特点、设计参数,介绍了小型螺旋装煤机的工作原理,从操作过程、转载功能、行走功能、液压系统、电控系统等方面对其进行了优化设计。The small-sized spiral coal loader is a kind of equipment used in coal mine mining face to transfer the side opening coal in front of the support. Expounded the product design characteristics and design parameters of a small-sized coal loader, introduced the working principle of the small-sized coal loader, and optimized its design from the aspects of operation process, transfer function, walking function, hydraulic system, electric control system and so on.
