摘  要:介绍了基于FPGA与ARM的数字γ能谱仪软硬件系统设计及实现.硬件设计方面采用信号调理电路、外置模数转换电路、FPGA和ARM电路,其中外置ADC芯片可实现最高达65 MHz的采样速率,软件方面在FPGA中实现核脉冲数字信号处理,ARM实现与FPGA和上位机的数据传输及控制.实验结果表明:本方案研制的γ能谱仪,仪器性能达到要求,已应用于铀矿测井的γ能谱测量.This paper introduces the design ofγa spectometer based on FPGA and ARM,and the implementation of software and hardware systems are also described.In terms of hardware design,signal conditioning circuit,external analog-to-digital conversion circuit,FPGA and ARM circuit are used.The external ADC chip can achieve the sampling rate up to 65 MHz.In terms of software,FPGA can realize the nuclear pulse digital signal processing,and ARM can realize the data transmission and control with FPGA and host computer.The experimental results show that:the performance of theγspectrometer meets the requirements and has been used in uranium logging Energy spectrum measurement.
