生态文明建设中城市绿道体育的价值意蕴、阻碍因素与纾困方案

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,探究生态文明进程中城市绿道体育发展的价值意蕴、阻碍因素并提出困方案。研究认为,在生态文明建设进程中,绿道体育是推进城市产业低碳化转型的路径,是宣传城市生态文明理念的窗口,是转化居民生态文明福补的载体。目前,阻碍城市绿道体育发展的因素主要有:跨部门协同不足与建设标准模糊造成行动迟缓、短期利益下产业盲目扩充与生态文明价值背离、供-需失衡导致体验不佳并影响大众参与热情。提出以下困方案:优化利益相关者协同推进机制,制定规划建设标准;始终坚持环境友好理念,遵循产业可持续发展规律;优化供需结构,激发大众参与绿道体育内源驱动力。Using the method of literature and logical analysis,this paper probes into the value implication and practical obstacles of the development of urban greenway sports in the process of ecological civilization and puts forward rescue plan.The research holds that in the process of ecological civilization construction,urban greenway sports is an effective way to promote the low-carbon urban industry,a publicity window for urban ecological civilization construction,and a carrier for the transformation of ecological civilization welfare.At present,the main factors hindering the development of urban greenway sports are as follows:the slow action of environmental protection caused by the poor connection of management departments and the public's lack of environmental awareness;the accumulation of industrial development and blind driving of surrounding industries to increase the pressure of greenway environmental protection;the imbalance between the supply and demand of the city greenway and the failure of supervision cover the enthusiasm of public participation.The following rescue schemes are proposed:respecting the law of natural development,designing and developing greenway sports reasonably;Stakeholders to participate in creating a beautiful environment for greenway sports;Meet the diverse needs of the public,stimulate the public to participate in Greenway sports endogenous drive.
