手术显微镜与手术放大镜下切除周围神经鞘膜瘤的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的 比较手术显微镜和手术放大镜下切除周围神经鞘膜瘤的效果。方法 选择我院接受手术的28例周围神经鞘膜瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为显微镜组(n=15,手术显微镜下切除周围神经鞘膜瘤)和放大镜组(n=13,手术放大镜下切除周围神经鞘膜瘤)。比较2组患者的手术时间、术后并发症及肿瘤复发情况。结果 显微镜组手术时间长于放大镜组(P<0.05)。2组术后并发症发生率及复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 手术显微镜与放大镜下切除周围神经鞘膜瘤都可以取得满意的临床效果,但手术放大镜下操作更简便、手术时间更短。Objective To compare the effects of operating microscope and operating magnifying glass in resection of peripheral nerve sheath tumor.Methods A total of 28 patients with peripheral nerve sheath tumor who underwent surgery in our hospital were selected, and they were divided into the microscope group(n=15,received resection of peripheral nerve sheath tumor under the operating microscope) and the magnifying glass group(n=13,received resection of peripheral nerve sheath tumor under the operating magnifying glass) according to random number table method.The operation time, postoperative complications and tumor recurrence of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the microscope group was longer than that of the magnifying glass group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications or recurrence between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionResection of peripheral nerve sheath tumor under operating microscope and operating magnifying glass can both achieve satisfactory clinical results, but the operation under magnifying glass is simpler, accompanied with shorter operation time.
