粪便菌群移植联合口服水溶性膳食纤维治疗糖尿病性便秘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察粪便菌群移植联合口服水溶性膳食纤维治疗糖尿病性便秘的临床疗效。方法 :选取住院治疗的45例糖尿病性便秘患者,给予粪便菌群移植联合口服水溶性膳食纤维治疗,观察治疗前后患者的糖尿病代谢指标值变化情况和便秘的临床改善率、临床治愈率,以及治疗的不良反应。结果 :治疗后4、12和24周时,患者的糖尿病代谢指标值和便秘相关指标值均较治疗前有显著改善,其中便秘的临床改善率和临床治愈率,治疗后4周时分别为57.8%和48.9%,治疗后12周时分别为62.2%和55.6%,治疗后24周时分别为66.7%和64.4%。患者在治疗及随访期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论:粪便菌群移植联合口服水溶性膳食纤维可有效治疗糖尿病性便秘,且不良反应少,安全性较好。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT) combined with oral water-soluble dietary fiber(WSDF) in the treatment of diabetic constipation.Methods:A total of 45 inpatients with diabetic constipation were selected and treated with FMT and oral WSDF.The diabetic metabolic indexes and the rates of clinical improvement and cure of constipation were observed before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:The indexes related to diabetes and constipation were significantly improved at 4,12 and 24 weeks after treatment compared with those before treatment.The rates of clinical improvement and cure were 57.8% and 48.9% at the 4th week,62.2% and 55.6% at the 12th week,66.7% and 64.4% at the 24th week,respectively.No serious adverse reactions occurred during treatment and follow-up.Conclusion:FMT combined with oral WSDF can effectively treat diabetic constipation of the patients with less adverse reactions and better safety.
