摘 要:肌肉减少症和癌性恶病质会严重影响恶性肿瘤患者的预后。肠道微生物参与了肌肉减少症和癌性恶病质的发生发展。重建肠道微生态平衡有望成为防治肌肉减少症和癌性恶病质的有效手段。本文阐述肠道微生物与肌肉减少症、癌性恶病质的关联,介绍益生菌和粪便菌群移植对肌肉减少症和癌性恶病质的治疗潜力。Sarcopenia and cancer cachexia can seriously affect the prognosis of patients with malignant tumors.Gut microbiota is involved in the occurrence and development of sarcopenia and cancer cachexia.Reestablishment of the balance of gut microbiota is expected to be an effective strategy for the prevention and treatment of sarcopenia and cancer cachexia.We describe the relationship between gut microbiota and sarcopenia and cancer cachexia,and summarize the therapeutic potential of probiotics and fecal microbiota transplantation for sarcopenia and cancer cachexia.
