摘　　要：目的探讨脑苷肌肽注射液和小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的经济性。方法选取2020年1月至10月甘肃省人民医院收治的231例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用横断面研究方法分为脑苷肌肽注射液组(114例)与小牛血清去蛋白注射液组(117例),在常规治疗的基础上,脑苷肌肽注射液组采用脑苷肌肽注射液静脉滴注,小牛血清去蛋白注射液组采用小牛血清去蛋白注射液静脉滴注。比较两组患者的疗效、不良反应发生率,并进行最小成本分析和敏感性分析。结果两组患者的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应发生。最小成本分析和敏感性分析显示,两组患者的总费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑苷肌肽注射液和小牛血清去蛋白注射液作为缺血性脑卒中患者神经保护治疗方案的经济性相当。Objective To investigate the economy of Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection and Deproteinised Calf Blood Serum Injection in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 231 cases of patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Gansu Provincial Hospital were selected as the research objects from January to October 2020.The subjects were divided into Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection group(114 cases)and Deproteinised Calf Blood Serum Injection group(117 cases)by cross-sectional study.On the basis of routine treatment,the Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection group was treated with Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection,and the Deproteinised Calf blood Serum Injection group were treated with Deproteinised Calf blood Serum Injection by intravenous drip respectively.The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and cost minimization analysis and sensitivity analysis were conducted.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.There was no significant difference in the total cost between the two groups according to the results of cost minimization analysis and sensitivity analysis(P>0.05).Conclusion The economy is equivalent between Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection and Deproteinised Calf Blood Serum Injection when used as neuroprotective treatment for patients with ischemic stroke.
