基础治疗结合牙周维护治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基础治疗结合牙周维护治疗慢性牙周炎的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年1月粤北人民医院收治的慢性牙周炎患者104例,随机分为两组,各52例。对照组行基础治疗,研究组行基础治疗结合牙周维护治疗。比较两组的牙周炎复发率、年均缺牙数、牙周指数变化情况及治疗效果。结果:研究组牙周炎复发率、年均缺牙数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈出血指数(BI)、牙周附着丧失(AL)、牙周袋深度(PD)指标均较治疗前下降,且研究组上述指标低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎患者使用基础治疗结合牙周维护治疗,可降低患者疾病复发率,保障治疗效果,加强维护牙周组织健康,有效改善牙周状况,显著缓解牙槽骨进一步吸收,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance on patients with chronic periodontitis.Method:A total of 104 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to Yuebei People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment,and the study group was treated with basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance.The relapse rate of periodontitis,the annual number of missing teeth,the change of periodontal index and the treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Result:The recurrence rate and the annual tooth missing number in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plaque index(PLI),gingival bleeding index(BI),periodontal attachment loss(AL)and periodontal pocket depth(PD)in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the above indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance for patients with chronic periodontitis can reduce the disease recurrence rate of patients,ensure the treatment effect,strengthen the maintenance of periodontal tissue health,effectively improve the periodontal condition,significantly alleviate the further absorption of alveolar bone,with significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
