摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟结合以问题为先导的启发式教学在疫情防控常态下皮肤激光美容进修医师培训中的教学效果。方法采用情景模拟结合以问题为先导的启发式教学方法对皮肤激光美容进修医师进行培养,总结该教学方法在皮肤科激光美容治疗学习过程中的应用经验和体会。结果果疫情防控常态下,经过情景模拟结合以问题为先导的启发式教学方法训练后,学员在对激光治疗相关皮肤疾病的认识、激光原理、激光操作方面的知识均得到较大提升。结论在皮肤科激光美容治疗培养教学中,应用情景模拟结合以问题为先导的启发式教学可有效增强学员学习的主动性,提高其理论与实践能力,进而增强其对教学培训的满意度,并使自主学习能力得到进一步提升。Objective To explore the teaching effect of scenario simulation combined with problem-oriented heuristic teaching in the training of cosmetic dermatologists under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.Methods Situational simulation combined with problem-oriented heuristic teaching method was used to train the cosmetic dermatologist,and the application experience and lessons of this teaching method were summarized.Results Under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the trainee's understanding of laser treatment related skin diseases,laser principle,and laser operation were greatly improved after the training of scenario simulation combined with problem-oriented heuristic teaching method.Conclusion The application of situational simulation combined with problem-oriented heuristic teaching in the training of cosmetic dermatologists has an ideal effect,which can effectively enhance trainees'learning initiative,and improve their theoretical and practical ability.In addition,it also can enhance trainees'satisfaction with teaching and training,and improvetheir independent learning ability.
