摘　　要：先天缺牙影响儿童生长颌面部发育,需要早期对患儿进行包括义齿修复在内的多学科序列治疗,保障软硬组织有足够的力学刺激。本文报道1例先天缺牙患儿序列治疗中通过活动义齿和种植义齿进行缺失牙修复的阶段治疗过程。Congenital tooth loss has an impact on the growth of children and maxillofacial development,and multidisciplinary sequence treatments including denture restoration are required at an early stage to ensure sufficient mechanical stimulation on soft and hard tissues.This paper reports the treatment of missing teeth restoration through removable dentures and implant dentures in the sequential treatment for a child with congenital missing teeth.
