生态文明建设中执政党权威的生成逻辑

摘　　要：权威是维系社会秩序的必要机制,是集体行动的高度认同,是执政党维护执政安全、夯实执政之基的政治保障。“以人民为中心”的中国共产党,其执政权威本质上是一种人民权威,是人民发自内心的信服和尊崇。生态文明建设中党的执政权威是中国共产党领导生态文明建设的根本保证,相应地,生态文明建设的成功实践更有利于升华中国共产党的执政权威。执政党的权威不是凭空产生的,是执政党自身的性质宗旨、执政绩效等与人民群众的自愿认同、高度认同相互建构的结果,其生成逻辑表现为先进的执政理念是执政党权威的生成之“魂”、优良的执政作风是执政党权威的生成之“本”、坚实的执政基础是执政党权威的生成之“根”。Authority is a necessary mechanism to maintain social order,a high recognition of collective action.And it is also a political guarantee for the ruling party to maintain its ruling security and consolidate its ruling foundation.The"People-centered"Communist Party of China(CPC),whose ruling authority is essentially a kind of people's authority that convinced and respected by the people in the heart.The party's ruling authority is the fundamental guarantee for CPC to lead the construction of ecological civilization.Correspondingly,the successful practice of ecological civilization construction is more conducive to sublimation of CPC's ruling authority.The authority of the ruling party is the result of the mutual construction of the nature,purpose and performance of the ruling party and the people's voluntary and high degree identification.Its generating logic shows that the advanced ruling idea is the"soul"of the authority of the ruling party,the excellent ruling style is the"foundation"of the authority of the ruling party,and the solid ruling foundation is the"root"of the authority of the ruling party.
