摘　　要：阐述信息技术实现人才招聘中的信息共享,建立人才数据库,能增加企业、人才之间的了解,而且还能增强不同企业之间的互动,从而实现人才的合理配置。This paper expounds that information technology can realize information sharing in talent recruitment and establish a talent database,which can increase the understanding between enterprises and talents,and also enhance the interaction between different enterprises,so as to realize the rational allocation of talents.
