摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜辅助下腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤切除的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年3月~2021年4月梅州市人民医院17例内镜辅助下腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤手术以及22例传统腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤手术病例。内镜辅助手术组采用耳后进路,传统手术组采用S形切口。统计分析两组患者临床基本资料,围手术期及术后情况,对肿瘤最大直径、手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症、手术时间以及随访情况进行分析,术后外观满意度采用VAS评分分析。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术。两组患者手术时长、出血量、术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),患者术后住院时间内镜辅助手术组长于传统手术组,而术后外观满意度内镜组优于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内镜辅助下经耳后切口腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤切除术方法简单和可靠,获得满意术后美观效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscope-assisted resection on benign tumors in the superficial lobe of the parotid gland.Methods:The clinical data of 39 patients with benign parotid tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group and study group according to different surgical methods,22 cases in control group and 17 cases in study group.The control group underwent tumor resection using traditional“S”-shape incision approach,while the observation group underwent tumor resection using endoscopy-assisted postauricular small incision.The maximum tumor diameter,incision length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complications,operation time,appearance satisfaction and follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:All operations were successfully completed,and no recurrence was found in postoperative review.There were no significant differences in operation duration,intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative complications between the two groups(all P<0.05),and hospital stay in the observation group were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the postoperative follow-up,compared to the control group,patients in the observation group obtained a significantly higher total satisfaction rate with appearance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Resection of benign superficial parotid tumors through retroauricular incision assisted by endoscope is suitable and reliable,which can reduce surgical scars and obtain satisfactory cosmetic results.
