摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维增强树脂粘接桥修复老年缺失前牙的临床效果。方法:选取48例前牙缺失的老年患者,行纤维增强树脂粘接桥修复缺失前牙,对义齿的固位、功能和使用情况进行30个月的随访临床观察。结果:1例修复体折裂,2例修复体脱粘接,其余45修复体均获得成功,患者咀嚼、容貌改善明显,达到预期对义齿功能和美观的要求。结论:纤维增强树脂粘接桥修复老年缺失前牙是一种大道至简的修复方案,适宜临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fiber reinforced resin-bonded bridge in repairing the missing anterior teeth in the elderly.Methods:Totally 48 elderly patients with missing anterior teeth were selected to repair the missing anterior teeth with fiber reinforced resin-bonded bridge.The retention, function and use of dentures were followed up for 30 months.Results:One restoration was broken, 2 restorations were debonded, and the other 45 restorations were successful.The chewing and appearance of the patients were significantly improved, which met the expected requirements for denture function and aesthetics.Conclusion:Fiber reinforced resin-bonded bridge is a simple method to repair the missing anterior teeth in the elderly, which is suitable for clinical application.
