由“五行-五脏”配属演变论及“肝脾”位置

摘　　要：“五行-五脏”的配属,由“古文经”较直观的“脏器位置对应”,逐渐演变为现今通行的“木-肝、火-心、土-脾、金-肺、水-肾”对应模式。由于相关文献材料较少,学界通常将“五脏”视为某一类功能集合的抽象概括,对“藏象-脏器”对应关系的研究较少。文章重溯“五行-五脏”配属演变过程,并根据《难经·第四十二难》,提出“肝分左右”“脾居中央”,由此解释“五行-五方-五脏-五色”的对应关系,为中医理论研究提供新的视角。The allocation of‘five elements and five zang-organs'has gradually evolved from the more intuitive‘organ location correspondence’in the‘ancient written scriptures’to the current‘wood-liver,fire-heart,soil-spleen,metal-lung,waterkidney’correspondence mode.Due to the lack of relevant literature,scholars usually regard‘five zang-organs'as an abstract summary of a certain kind of function set,and there is less research on the corresponding relationship between zang-organs and viscera.This paper retraces the evolution process of allocation between‘five elements-five zang-organs'and proposes that‘the liver is divided into left and right’and‘the spleen is in the center'according to Nanjing·Forty-two Nan,so as to explain the corresponding relationship of‘five elements-five formulas-five zang-organs-five colors’and provide a new perspective for the theoretical researchoftraditional Chinesemedicine.
