摘　　要：女子属阴,易感寒邪,现代不良的生活方式更易使女性“阳化气”不足而发生病理产物堆积,处于欲病、初病的“疾”态,或成已病的“病”态。“疾”态在早期干预可阻止病势向恶,当“疾”态积累到一定程度,则发展成“病”态,再若不治,恐将晚矣。因此,文章从“阴成形”角度判断现代女性致病病因,从“阳化气”角度探讨现代女性“疾”与“病”状态干预,强调把握病势对预防病情发展的作用,希冀发扬《黄帝内经》中“阳化气,阴成形”的智慧,为现代女性健康管理提供一定借鉴。Women belongs to yin and susceptible to be attacked by cold pathogen.In modern time,woman's body are more easy to accumulate pathological products due to the unhealthy lifestyle,then most of them are in the sub-health state with ailment or had already in the illness condition.Early intervention of the starting of the ailment can prevent the disease deteriorating into worse,otherwise,the condition will be very sick in a certain degree,even late to cure.Therefore,this article analysis the pathogenic causes of the disease among the modern woman from the theory of‘yin constituting form'and discuss the intervention method to the development from ailment to the illness from the perspective of‘yang transforming into qi',hoping to carry forward the wisdom of‘yang transforming into qi,while yin constituting form'in Huangdi Neijing,and provide the reference function to modern women's health management.
