摘　　要：文章从络病理论出发,通过分析基于络病理论的特发性肺纤维化研究现状,探讨肺络构效及其异常在特发性肺纤维化发生中的关键作用,并运用“承制调平”理论创新构建特发性肺纤维化“辨承制-论调平”的临床诊疗模式和“形而上-形而下”的临床科研思维,揭示特发性肺纤维化的病因、病机、病位、病势,提出以“承”为基、以“制”分期、以“论”为要、以“平”定效的特发性肺纤维化线性辨治方案和“形而上析承制,形而下探调平”的特发性肺纤维化网状研究路径,为临床辨治特发性肺纤维化,改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量提供新方法,为特发性肺纤维化的科学研究与临床实践创新提供新思路。Based on the collateral disease theory,this paper analyzes the research status of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis based on collateral disease theory,and discusses the key role of lung collateral structure-activity and its abnormalities in the occurrence of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,And use the theory of‘cheng-zhi-tiao-ping'to innovate and build the clinical diagnosis and treatment mode of‘distinguish cheng-zhi,discuss tiao-ping'and the clinical scientific research thinking of‘metaphysical-physical'of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,reveal the etiology,pathogenesis,location and trend of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,and put forward that it is based on‘cheng',phased by‘zhi'and important by‘yao',the linear differentiation and treatment scheme of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis based on‘ ping’and the network research path of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis based on‘metaphysical analysis and commitment,shape and downward exploration and leveling'provide new methods for clinical differentiation and treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,improve patients’ symptoms and improve patients'quality of life,and provide new ideas for scientific research and clinical practice innovation of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
