从“外台本伤寒”看《伤寒论》若干医药学术问题

摘　　要：《伤寒论》研究具有多民族多时代的传承特点,定位于不同时代则具有不同的解读方式。唐代王焘所著《外台秘要方》中“(张)仲景《伤寒论》”部分或可代表隋时期《伤寒论》内容,唐代孙思邈《千金翼方》卷九、卷十归为唐本《伤寒论》,隋唐于宋之前,相较下《外台秘要方》中相关内容与唐本相似度较高,而与赵开美复刻宋本《伤寒论》(宋本)有较大偏差,3个版本中,今人最重宋本,唐本次之,外台本再次之。现将外台本与主流传本宋本作直接比较,通过整理比较外台本中记载的《伤寒论》遣方用药的诠释表达,以期探讨外台本《伤寒论》对现代中医发展借鉴意义。The study of Treatise on Febrile Diseases has the characteristics of inheritance of multiple nationalities and times,and it has different ways of interpretation in different times.WANG Tao in Tang dynasty,written Waitai Miyao Fang in Treatise on Febrile Disease(ZHANG)Zhong-jing part or the content of Treatise on Febrile Disease represents the Sui period,SUN Si-miao in Tang dynasty Qianjin Yifang volume 9,volume 10 to do the Treatise on Febrile Disease,Sui and Tang dynasties before the Song dynasty,compared with the Waitai Miyao Fang,under the relevant content and tang this similarity is higher,and this ZHAO Kai-mei Song have larger deviation,the three versions,nowadays,people value Song version most,then Tang version,and finally Waitai version.This paper makes a direct comparison between the Waitai version and the mainstream traditional Song version,through sorting out and comparing the interpretation and expression of dispatching prescription of Treatise on Febrile Diseases recorded in the Waitai version,so as to explore the reference significance of the Waitai version of Treatise on Febrile Diseases for the development of modern traditional Chinese medicine.
