摘　　要：手指与大脑之间关系密切。文章从中华传统文化、中医经典理论、生命科学和中医现代研究4个方面对其展开了分析和论证,结果发现“指”与“脑”之间存在双向特异性联系,由此提出了“指-脑”相关理论。这对于临床拓展神经与精神类疾病的干预手段和拓宽手指部位腧穴的临床运用范围具有重要的意义。The relationship between the finger and the brain is closely related.This paper analyzes and demonstrates it from four aspects:Chinese traditional culture,classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine,modern life science and modern research of traditional Chinese medicine.It is found that there is a two-way specific relationship between‘finger'and‘brain'.As a result,the related theory of finger-brain'is put forward.It is of great significance to expand the intervention means of neurological and mental diseases and to broaden the scope of clinical application of acupoints in fingers.
