摘 要:以环己烯的制备为例,介绍比较学习法在有机化学实验教学中的应用情况。教学实验以培养学生的实践能力为目标,先分馏制备环己烯,然后用蒸馏的方法精制产品,将两种基本操作融入在一个实验中,帮助学生更好地理解分馏和蒸馏的工作原理;对比实验为获得最佳实验结果,采用了分水回流的方法提高环己醇的转化率,目的是培养学生的科学思维和创新意识。两种实验方法各具特色,相互比较可以帮助学习者关注实验细节,了解化学实验的学习方法。采用对比的方式分析了不同实验方法对产品收率的影响,以及提高产品收率可以采取的措施,这部分内容可以作为教学实验的补充材料供学生参考。学生通过比较学习,逐步培养发现、分析和解决问题的能力,达到良好的教学效果。Taking the preparation of cyclohexene as an example, this paper introduces the application of comparative learning method in organic chemistry experiment teaching. With the aim to cultivate students’ practical ability, this experiment prepared cyclohexene by fractionation first and then refined products by distillation. The two basic operations are integrated into one experiment to help students better understand the principles of fractionation and distillation. In order to obtain the best experimental results, the method of water separation and reflux was used to improve the conversion rate of cyclohexanol in the comparative experiment. The purpose was to cultivate students’ scientific thinking and innovative consciousness. The two experimental methods have their own characteristics, which can help learners pay more attention to the details of the experiment and discover the rules. This paper analyzes the influence of different experimental methods on the yield of products and the measures that can be taken to improve the product yield. This part of the content can be used as supplementary materials for teaching experiments for students’ reference. Through comparative learning, students can gradually cultivate the ability to find, analyze and solve problems, so as to achieve good teaching effect.
