摘 要:热力学循环是实现热功转换的重要途径,为学生分析和解决能源转化与利用的工程实际问题提供重要的理论基础。受客观条件制约,热力学循环实验在传统教学模式下很难开展,限制了学生对理论知识的理解和工程素养的提升。通过使用PYroMat开源软件取代传统、重复的物性查表操作,进行了基于问题学习法(PBL)的实验模块设计,学生通过编写程序可以灵活地进行多种循环构建,实现开放性的实验探索。该实验模块能够使学生投入更多精力到热力学循环性能分析中,激发其学习兴趣和探索精神,推动传统工科课程的“智能+”建设。Thermodynamic cycle is an important way to realize the conversion of thermal power, which provides significant theoretical basis for students to analyze and solve practical engineering problems of energy conversion and utilization. Restricted by objective conditions, the thermodynamic cycle experiment is difficult to carry out in the traditional teaching mode, which limits students’ deep understanding of theoretical knowledge and the improvement of engineering literacy. An experiment module based on the Problem Based Learning(PBL) method is designed. By using PYroMat open source software to replace the traditional and repetitive physical property table lookup operation, students can construct different cycles flexibly by writing programs to carry out open experimental exploration. This experiment module enables students to devote more energy to thermodynamic cycle performance analysis, stimulates their interest in learning and exploration spirit, and thus promotes the construction of “intelligence plus” in traditional engineering courses.
