摘　　要：区域经济一体化的快速发展为区域内资源便捷流动带来了方便,拓宽企业获取要素的渠道,其跨市场发展也更加便捷.然而,企业跨市场发展的过程中所遇到的市场局限、体制障碍和创新政策困境等问题也困扰着其决策的行动力,针对企业在跨市场发展过程中的相关性问题,文章选择了与其利益相关的三方主体,运用演化博弈理论,构建了三方演化博弈模型,分析不同情形下三方的演化稳定策略,并对其演化过程进行数值仿真分析.研究发现:单方主体的演化策略会同时受到其他双方主体策略的影响,在特定情形下,企业的选择不会受到政府补贴程度影响,但政府的补贴程度会影响企业跨市场进入意愿.The rapid development of regional economic integration brings convenience to the convenient flow of resources in the region,broadens the channels for enterprises to obtain elements,and makes its cross-market development more convenient.Obstacles and the dilemma of innovation policy also plague its decision-making power.In view of the relevance of enterprises in the process of cross-market development,this paper selects the tripartite subjects related to their interests,and uses evolutionary game theory to build a tripartite evolutionary game model.Analyze the evolutionary stability strategies of the three parties in different situations,and carry out numerical simulation analysis on the evolution process.The research finds that the evolution strategy of a unilateral subject will be affected by the strategies of the other two parties at the same time,and under certain circumstances,the choice of the enterprise will not be affected by The level of government subsidies affects the level of government subsidies,but the level of government subsidies will affect the willingness of enterprises to enter the market across the market.
