摘　　要：本文结合系统动力学方法,从全球价值链视角分析构建中国企业对非洲直接投资知识转移模型,并运用VensimPLE软件对模型进行仿真。研究发现:中非双方企业的知识存量和创新量均随着时间的推移迅速增长,中非双方企业知识转移受到领导支持度、知识内隐性、知识接受方企业接受意愿、转移阅值、中国在全球价值链分工中的参与指数和地位指数等多种因素影响。Based on the system dynamics method,this paper analyzes and constructs the knowledge transfer model of Chinese enterprises'direct investment in Africa from the perspective of global value chain,and uses Vensim PLE software to simulate the model.The research finds that the knowledge stock and innovation of enterprises in both China and Africa grow rapidly over time,and the knowledge transfer between Chinese and African enterprises is affected by various factors,such as leadership support,knowledge implicitness,acceptance willingness of knowledge recipient enterprises,transfer threshold,China's participation index and status index in the division of global value chain.
